Nuclear Apoptosis Assay Cell Lines (LMNB1)

Description Novel Nuclear Apoptosis Assay Cell Lines including Red Fluorescent LMNB1 Cell Lines (U2OS/LMNB1-TagRFP and SH-SY5Y/LMNB1-TagRFP cell lines) have been developed through stable transfection with LMNB1 endogenously tagged with TagRFP in U2OS & SH-SY5Y cell lines. Both cell lines allow the monitorization of cellular apoptosis level through nuclear lamin B1 morphological changes in cell-based assays. It is guaranteed that these cells will expand following the cell culture manual.
